TECH SPECS: The exhaust header features a Shorty / Short Tube design with a Primary Diameter of 1-5/8 in. (45mm) and a Collector Diameter of 2-1/2 in. (64mm). The Head Flange Thickness is 3/8 in. (9.5mm), and the Pipe Thickness is 16 gauge (1.5mm). The header is made of 304 Stainless Steel.

DESIGN and PROCESS: The Shorty design is engineered for power gain from idle to mid-range RPM. The OE style ball socket collector connects to the factory exhaust head pipe. All joints are TIG welded to resist cracking and wearing. The surface is polished for extra protection against rusting.

FEATURES: The exhaust header features fully mandrel bent tubes made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel. The head flanges are laser-cut from 3/8-inch thick steel plates and flattened by a hydraulic press for a precise and leak-free seal. All joints are TIG welded to resist cracking and wearing. The polished surface provides extra protection against rusting.

NOTE: The exhaust header does not fit 2002-2006 models with 6.0L engines.
