Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers for Chevy and GMC Pickup Trucks

Polished stainless steel long tube headers are designed for Small Block Chevy engines and are compatible with Chevrolet and GMC C/K and R/V series pickup trucks, including both 2WD and 4x4 models. These headers also fit V8 Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban models, as well as square body 3500 pickups.

The compatible Chevy models include C10, C20, C30, K10, K20, K30, R10, R20, R30, V10, V20, V30, K5 Blazer, and Suburban, in both square body and prior body styles (Action line / CST body style). The compatible GMC models include C1500, K1500, C2500, K2500, C3500, K3500, Jimmy, and Suburban, also in both square body and prior body styles.

These headers are designed to fit a wide range of Small Block Chevy (SBC) engines, including 265, 262, 283, 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 cubic inch displacement (CID) models. All necessary hardware and collectors are included with the headers.

It is highly recommended to install "Header Spark Plugs" such as Accel 0576S (for taper seat plugs) or Accel 0414S (for gasket seat plugs), which are shorter than standard spark plugs, to ensure adequate clearance between the header tubes and the spark plugs.

Gaskets are also included with the headers, but it is recommended to purchase and install Fel Pro Performance header and collector gaskets (or equivalent) separately for the best sealing performance.

For 4x4 models that are at stock height (not lifted), there may be interference with the front driveshaft. However, lifted trucks should not have this clearance issue.

The primary tube outer diameter (OD) of these headers is 1 5/8", the collector inlet diameter is 3", and the collector outlet diameter is 2 1/2".
